Terms of Service

These terms cover the use of this website and the window cleaning and pressure washing services provided by Kardia ("Kardia," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using this site, you agree to these terms.

The work we do

Kardia provides residential window cleaning and exterior pressure washing in the Haslet to Southlake area of North Texas. The exact work for your home is whatever we agree on in your quote or booking.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes are based on the information you give us and what we can see of the property. The final price may change if the actual conditions are different from what was described, for example more windows than expected, heavy buildup, or hard-to-reach areas. We will always talk to you before doing anything that changes the price.

Scheduling, access, and cancellations

We confirm a date and an arrival window, and we text you when we are on the way. Please make sure we can safely reach the areas being cleaned: gates unlocked, pets secured, vehicles moved, and an outdoor water source available. If you need to reschedule, let us know as early as you can. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel so we can offer the slot to another neighbor.

Payment

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due when the work is finished. We will let you know which payment methods we accept when you book.

Your home and our care

We treat your property like our own and take care to avoid damage. Please tell us ahead of time about anything fragile, loose, or already damaged, such as cracked glass, failing window seals, loose screens, or damaged siding or mortar, so we can work around it. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for problems that result from conditions we could not reasonably have known about.

Pressure washing surfaces

Water and pressure can affect some surfaces differently. We match our methods to each surface, but on older, painted, or already-compromised surfaces, results can vary. We will point out any concerns before we start.

Weather

For everyone's safety and the best results, we may reschedule for rain, ice, high wind, or other weather. We will give you as much notice as we can.

If something is not right

If you are not happy with an area we cleaned, tell us within 3 days and we will come back and make it right. Reach out by phone, text, or email.

Photos

We sometimes take before-and-after photos of our work for our portfolio and social media. These will not include anything that identifies your address or the inside of your home, and you can ask us not to use photos of your property at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kardia's total responsibility for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

Privacy Policy

Kardia respects your privacy. The short version: we only use your information to get back to you and do the work you asked for, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you use the quote form or contact us, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and any notes about your home. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we do not need it.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, give you a quote, schedule and complete the work, and follow up about your service. That is all.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We only share it when we genuinely have to, for example with a payment provider to process a payment, or if we are required to by law.

About this website

This is a simple website. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, and when you submit the quote form it sends your details to us so we can reply. We do not run advertising trackers on it. If we ever add analytics, we will update this page.

Keeping your information

We keep your details only as long as we need them to serve you and keep ordinary business records, then we remove them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Just email KardiaCleaning@gmail.com.
